I have got to realize that self medication is a common phenomena here in Uganda and that there is need for a mobile application that enables users to know the respective medicine they need to buy from the pharmacies. Thats why I propose a virtual Doctor where a mobile user goes to the shop knowing the latest medicine and dose they can buy for a particular illness
This is a simple application that gives all citizens with mobile phones a fair platform to market their products. Through sending a text massage to a short code that could be specified. This application has a desktop web application the anables the administrates to tag the massages respectively onto the website that the buyers
How about the beaty of traffic officers having applications on their phones to record all traffic proplems.. Imagine feeding the occurance into the phone say the car numberplate and the the charge.. then the the massage is automatically sent to the centra polica sitation

However since 1996 it is clamed that we have never had afree and fair election as aresult of avery incompetent electro commission , I thought then of how I could provide atechnological solution to apolitical problem that is at the verge of taking the country into political instability. It was designed that even the farmer can bargain the price with the cooperative who bargain with the buyers
