WHY MEN CHEAT

I would like to pose the question I first asked. What do you expect to see when stronger sex is provoked by a weaker sex.? As much as we are all humans, Men have been wired positively so that They can be attracted to women who are wired Negatively , Don't quote me wrongly with the phrases of positivity and negativity but just to drive the point of attraction to each other. Now women have exploited the weakness of Men by provoking us sexually and this is not about to stop. If there was a point in time I have thought so strongly of sleeping with a girl then perhaps she has crossed my eyes and her dress code is sexually provocative and trust me is the timing, Environment and all factors are favorable... Then the stronger sex will be a weaker sex having been touched at a very weak point will subdue. Is that what we call Taking advantage of Women. Who has taken advantage of the other here?.

Petition National Council for Higher Education

It has come to my Notice that the National council for higher education in Uganda has deliberately failed to harmonies the grading system of all Universities in Uganda. This has caused lots of disparities and great discontent among students and the career world at large.
This failure to harmonize the grading system favours the students who are in the mashrooming Universities and yet those in the longstanding Universities are not favoured.

The effective number of parties in a multi-party system is normally larger than two but lower than ten. It is a system where there are large amounts of major and minor political parties that all hold a serious chance of receiving office, and because they all compete, a majority may not come to be, forcing the creation of a coalition.

A report on Makerere University SCIT Demostration

There has never been a report written about the numerous demonstrations in Makerere University and many things always come and pass, Many a time Students rise up an an organized and intellectual manner against bad policies, poor service delivery or any other issue were they feel they can express their grievances not only to the University management but as well as to stakeholders. It is worth noting that Decisions are always reached but many times never documented to avoid future occurrences. I have therefore decided to give a sequential analysis of what happened at The Faculty of Computing and Informatics Technology FCIT where students rose up to challenge a bad tuition payment policy on 5th-Nov - 2010

I have got to realize that change just never comes, if you sit back about something you feel should change, It will never change unless it cuts across the confines of a single thought.
For change to come , there must be change in something.
I would like to Quote Obama during his presidential acceptance speach. He said that " you cant expect to have the same leaders in the same polituics of the same country and expect change."
